    The nicest tasting pre natal supplement

    My nutritionist changed me over to this supplement and I’m so grateful. I actually look forward to taking this one and enjoy the subtle mint flavour. I don’t ever forget to take it, the rounded capsules are easy to swallow too.

    Gentle supplements

    I am 10 weeks pregnant and was taking the Elevit pregnancy supplements from the 3 week point in my pregnancy. I started to develop pretty marked gastric side effects from the elevit supplements so was advised by my GP to choose one without iron. I searched high and low for a pregnancy vitamin with all of the key ingredients, in the safe quantities, without iron and read many positive reviews about the Evernatal supplements so gave them a try and I'm so glad I did!

    I've just about finished my first Evernatal bottle of 60 tablets (30 days worth) and have ordered 2 more bottles and the magnesium supplement, all of which have arrived today. They suit me very well with no gastric side effects.

    The only downside for me for a few weeks was the smell of the supplement itself. During the peak of my nausea at weeks 5-8, I sometimes struggled to swallow the vitamins due to the strong smell, but I took them with juice to disguise it abit. Now I'm at week 10, I can take them without any issues.

    Amazing product

    I had done a lot of research and as someone who has a sensitive stomach with digestion and absorption issues EverNatal was a life saver! I was on another naturopath developed prenatal but could not take it during my first trimester due to severe morning sickness. Once I made the switch to EverNatal I immediately felt the effects as my stomach could handle it, keep it and food down and absorb all the nutrients. When I ran out I noticed my energy levels and overall health plummet, so I quickly splinted up for a subscription and will definitely continue to take it on my post natal journey as well⭐️

Why do we use methyl-folate instead of folic acid?

More than 1 in 3 people have difficulty using Folic Acid in their body, due to a common genetic variant (known as the MTHFR gene). To avoid this problem we use Methyl-Folate, bioavailable and highly absorbable, and it’s in EverNatal.

How should I best take EverNatal when I have morning sickness?

Separate the capsules, and have them at whatever time in the day you feel least sickest. After your biggest meal of the day is recommended.

If you struggle swallowing capsules, you can also open the capsules and pour them into any foods/liquids.
