Is EverNatal suitable for preconception?

Yes. EverNatal is designed to support preconception health and help prepare the body for pregnancy. Ideally, start at least three months before trying to conceive so your body has time to build key nutrient levels, including folate, choline, iodine and B vitamins.

Can I take EverNatal during pregnancy and postpartum?

Yes. EverNatal is formulated to support a healthy pregnancy, maternal health, healthy foetal development, breast milk production and lactation. It is designed for use across preconception, pregnancy and breastfeeding, so you can stay on one core prenatal formula throughout the journey.

Why is EverNatal iron-free?

EverNatal is intentionally iron-free so iron can be supplemented separately based on individual needs. Iron requirements vary, and taking iron separately can also help avoid competition with minerals such as zinc, calcium and magnesium. If you are unsure about your iron status, speak with your healthcare practitioner about testing.

Why is DHA separate from EverNatal?

DHA is kept separate so it can be personalised and taken as a dedicated omega-3 supplement. This allows EverNatal to focus on core prenatal vitamins and minerals, while NeuroNatal DHA can be added for algae-derived DHA support across pregnancy, breastfeeding and family use.

Is EverNatal vegan and allergen friendly?

EverNatal is vegan and formulated without gluten, soy, nuts, artificial colours, artificial flavours, preservatives, additives or fillers. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Does EverNatal contain methyl-folate and choline?
