This website is owned and operated by The Natal Naturopath Pty Ltd (ABN 62 656 709 698), trading as Naternal Vitamins ("Naternal Vitamins", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase products through it.

1. About Naternal Vitamins

Naternal Vitamins provides nutritional supplements, wellness products and related educational information.

Our website allows customers to browse and purchase products, manage subscriptions, access educational content, submit reviews and interact with other services we may make available from time to time.

Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

11. Discount codes and promotions

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotional pricing, gifts with purchase, bundles, introductory offers, competitions or other promotions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms:

promotions are available for a limited time;
promotions are subject to product and stock availability;
discount codes must be entered correctly at checkout;
only one discount code may be used per order unless we expressly state otherwise;
discounts cannot ordinarily be applied retrospectively to completed orders;
minimum spend requirements exclude shipping unless otherwise stated;
excluded products may apply;
promotions cannot be exchanged for cash; and
we may impose reasonable limits on promotional quantities or redemptions.

Specific terms provided for an individual promotion form part of these Terms. If there is an inconsistency between these general Terms and clearly disclosed terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

We may cancel or refuse a promotional benefit where we reasonably determine that a promotion has been used fraudulently, improperly or contrary to its stated terms.

12. Gifts with purchase

Where we offer a gift with purchase, the gift is subject to availability and any eligibility criteria specified for the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, qualifying spend thresholds are calculated after discounts have been applied and before shipping charges.

A gift with purchase cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash or substituted at the customer's request.

If a qualifying order is returned and the return causes the order to fall below the promotional eligibility threshold, we may require the promotional gift to be returned unused or, where permitted by law and clearly disclosed, adjust the refund to account for the promotional benefit retained.

Nothing in this section affects your rights in relation to faulty or otherwise non-compliant goods under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Bundles

Products may sometimes be offered as bundles or sets at a combined or promotional price.

Any discount associated with a bundle applies to the bundle as a whole unless otherwise stated.

If you wish to return part of a bundle, the refund available may take into account the promotional pricing applied to the products retained, subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Subscriptions and recurring orders

We may offer certain products on a subscription or recurring order basis.

When you purchase a subscription, you authorise us and our payment and subscription service providers to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring orders in accordance with the frequency, price and other terms disclosed to you when you subscribe.

Your subscription will continue and recurring orders will be generated until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation options available to you.

Subscription frequency, products, pricing and benefits will be displayed when you subscribe or in your subscription management area.

You are responsible for keeping your delivery address, payment information and other subscription details current.

15. Managing or cancelling a subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription using the subscription management options made available through your customer account or subscription portal, or by contacting us at support@naternalvitamins.com.au.

Subscription changes or cancellations should be made before the next order is processed. Once a recurring order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel that shipment.

If you experience difficulty managing or cancelling a subscription, please contact our customer support team.

We will not prevent you from cancelling an ongoing subscription in accordance with the subscription terms presented to you and applicable law.

16. Subscription pricing and changes

Subscription prices, discounts or benefits may change from time to time.

Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of a material change to an ongoing subscription before the change applies.

If you do not wish to continue following a notified change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect, subject to any rights available to you under applicable law.

Temporary promotional or introductory subscription pricing may revert to the regular subscription price after the disclosed promotional period.

17. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to the locations displayed as available during checkout.

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, peak periods and other disruptions.

We will take reasonable steps to dispatch orders within the timeframes communicated by us.

Any separate Shipping Policy published on our website forms part of these Terms.

18. Delivery details

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.

If you become aware of an error in your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible at support@naternalvitamins.com.au.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.

19. Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, including where goods are faulty, unsafe, significantly different from their description or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Nothing in these Terms or any other Naternal Vitamins policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

For change-of-mind returns and other circumstances not covered by mandatory consumer guarantees, our separate Returns or Refund Policy applies.

20. Change-of-mind returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement merely because you change your mind, subject to any additional return rights we voluntarily provide under our Returns or Refund Policy.

For health, hygiene and product safety reasons, certain opened or used products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty or otherwise fails to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

21. Damaged, incorrect or faulty products

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or you believe is faulty, please contact us at support@naternalvitamins.com.au with your order details and information about the issue.

We may request reasonable information, such as photographs of the product or packaging, to help us assess the issue.

You and Naternal Vitamins submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
