Choline
Choline is required for a baby's brain and neural tube development. EverNatal is packed with the highest dose of choline (550mg daily dose) which covers pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Choline
Choline is essential for a baby's brain and neural tube development - and most prenatals don't even have it - or have in in a dose far below the Australian recommendation. We use Choline Bitartrate.
Methyl-Folate
Contains methyl-folate, because it’s more bioavailable than folic acid, and is suitable for the 1 in 3 women with the MTHFR gene. EverNatal contains Quatrefolic, the best form of methyl-folate (Levomefolate glucosamine) at a dose of 500mcg.
Methyl-Folate
Folic acid is a synthetic form of vitamin B9. However, it relies on your liver converting this ingredient into its active form, methylated folate. So why not take Methyl-Folate directly?
Activated B-Vitamins
Highly bioavailable ingredients, including methylated B-Vitamins at high doses to support healthy foetal development
Iron-Free
Intentionally iron-free. Research shows iron and zinc don't absorb well together, and the amount of iron needed varies for each person. If you require iron, grab IronBiotic.

Why do we use methyl-folate instead of folic acid?
More than 1 in 3 people have difficulty using Folic Acid in their body, due to a common genetic variant (known as the MTHFR gene). To avoid this problem we use Methyl-Folate, bioavailable and highly absorbable, and it’s in EverNatal.
