Hero Ingredients

Clinically designed to support both you and your babe with best ingredients

Choline

Choline is required for a baby's brain and neural tube development. EverNatal is packed with the highest dose of choline (550mg daily dose) which covers pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Methyl-Folate

Contains methyl-folate, because it’s more bioavailable than folic acid, and is suitable for the 1 in 3 women with the MTHFR gene. EverNatal contains Quatrefolic, the best form of methyl-folate (Levomefolate glucosamine) at a dose of 500mcg.

Activated B-Vitamins

Highly bioavailable ingredients, including methylated B-Vitamins at high doses to support healthy foetal development

Iron-Free

Intentionally iron-free. Research shows iron and zinc don't absorb well together, and the amount of iron needed varies for each person. If you require iron, grab IronBiotic.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

EverNatal FAQ

Why do we use methyl-folate instead of folic acid?

More than 1 in 3 people have difficulty using Folic Acid in their body, due to a common genetic variant (known as the MTHFR gene). To avoid this problem we use Methyl-Folate, bioavailable and highly absorbable, and it’s in EverNatal.

Why should I take this during my postpartum period?

In postpartum the most likely nutrients to drop in the postpartum period are iron, zinc, magnesium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B9, iodine, selenium and DHA. A breastfeeding mother is especially at risk.

EverNatal helps prevent dietary B12, folate, zinc, iodine, selenium deficiency.
