Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. There are no lock-ins or long-term contracts. We believe subscriptions should feel supportive, not stressful. You're always in control and can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. Life changes, routines shift, and your needs evolve so your subscription can too. You can change your delivery date, skip a shipment, update your products, pause or cancel at anytime.

Do I have to subscribe to shop with Naternal?

No. You can still purchase any Naternal product as a one-off. The Inner Circle simply unlocks additional benefits for those who choose to subscribe.

How often will my subscription be delivered?

Subscriptions are delivered every three months by default. You can pause, skip, or adjust your delivery at any time if your needs change.

Do I get more perks if I have multiple subscriptions?

No. Every subscriber receives the same Inner Circle benefits, regardless of whether you’re subscribed to one product or several.

No hoops. No pressure.
