My Top 5 Healthy Lunchbox Snacks

Jump to:

As a naturopath I'm always looking for the most nutrient-dense lunchbox snacks for my three daughters, but balancing that with their own preferences is tricky! These are five healthy ideas that I keep stocked in my pantry all the time, and my girls love them (and they can be super fussy!). These are all nut-free.

Wicked Sister Protein Pudding

This tastes just like a creamy chocolate pudding, but packed with 15g of protein!

Kooee Beef Sticks

Tastes just like a salami stick, made with organic, grass-fed Beef, Kooee's sticks are low in sugar, high in protein.

Chobani Flip Yogurt

A bit of a sweet treat, but quite low sugar with greek yogurt which is high in protein and calcium

Seaweed snacks

Organic seaweed high in iodine. Not a super filling snack, but a good lunchbox filler. (TBH: only one of my daughters likes these!)

Noshu Banana Bread

Tastes just like real banana bread/cake, but with minimal sugar. So delicious, and i can whip this up in less than 5 minutes.
