The Problem We Saw
In my years as a naturopath, I watched the pattern repeat over and over:

The shelves in chemists were overflowing with confusing labels, buzzwords, and compromises: cheap ingredients, low potency, underwhelming formulations.

If someone is paying for supplements, they deserve something that actually does something — not more filler and fluff.
And as a mother of three young girls, this felt deeply personal: I didn’t want to just accept that these daily battles were “normal”—I believed we deserve better.

The vitamin industry in Australia is full of rubbish ingredients and cheap formulations. We deserve better.
As a mum of three little girls, this mission is so important to me. Whether you’re pregnant or just damn busy, the days don’t stop, but I don’t believe we have to struggle through them.”
