I am inconsistant with taking these unfortunately but when i am good they certainly make the days a little bit easier and the peace of mind knowing i am putting a good clean product into my body helps as well !! I really dislike the coating and wish there was a flavourless option as this flavour is mostly what puts my off taking them :(

Would never go without this product for my pregnancies, post partum and general womens health ongoing. It’s a first class product, I’m so grateful to be able to give my babies and my body such quality ingredients that I know my body can absorb and pass on. My only go to and the only one I’ll recommend to friends and family.
This is my third purchase of the multivitamin. In this purchase, I added MitoMag and Creatine, and I feel they have helped me a lot with sleep and energy.
Have been taking these iron tablets for 3 weeks now. They are easy to digest and gentle on the stomach, though the optimal timing does make it tricky to remember when to actually take it as I am used to taking my prenatal in the AM after breakfast. So far, so good I think. Hard to tell if energy levels have increased as pregnancy progresses though.

I have been feeling tired and very sluggish so hoping once these have been in my routine for awhile i will feel the effects, which i did last time i used this supplement

I love this product. No fishy smell or taste in mouth which you can get from omega 3vitamins. Take in conjunction with my prenatal both pre and post pregnancy (as i am breastfeeding) . Would recommend if you don’t get required dha from diet.
I have enjoyed taking the evernatals they don't leave a funny taste in my mouth and seem to digest easy.

The overall pill is fine, i dont get any side effects or constipation. The only thing is that it smells really bad, i have to block my nose and swallow it

I'm not sure if I've noticed much of a physical difference or feeling of wellness with these. I certainly don't feel worse though. I'm taking them preconception. I was taking another brand previously with a similar ethos (natural, bioavailable etc.) and I felt more of a lift in energy when I took them. Perhaps I have more reserves now so I'm not feeling much of a difference? Not sure.
This has been the best prenatal I’ve tried yet. It’s easier on the stomach, none of that awful vitamin smell that repeats on you. And far less constipation issues than I’ve had with other brands. Very happy with this product :)
My iron levels are all within the normal range for the first time in my adult life, only taking one tablet every other day. 100% recommend
I've managed to only have quite mild and intermittent nausea. I'm not a big fan of minty flavours and smells, which it hasn't bothered me too much up until now that I've nearly finished my first bottle, I would like if there was an alternative. My fatigue has been up and down but and im considering adding in some of the other supplements and see how they go.
Love this vitamin can’t live without it
I’ve taken this supplement 3 months before falling pregnant and I’m 3 months postpartum. It’s loaded with all the essentials mums need and the smell and taste isn’t bad at all. I will continue to take these until I stop breastfeeding as it plays an important role in the quality of my breastmilk, alongside a balanced diet ofc.
Aalot more focused and less dizzy
When I first fell pregnant I tried a different brand of Prenatal which I found to have a bad after taste and would sometimes upset my stomach even when kept refrigerated. I switched to the Naternal Evernatal at about 8 weeks pregnant and found a massive different. I still keep them in the fridge and just take them straight before bed and have absolutely no problems, they have no aftertaste and don’t upset my stomach at all. I love that they don’t contain any Iron as my levels were very high at the beginning of pregnancy but now at 24 weeks when I need some extra I can add in the specific recommended dose by my doctor. I have continued working normal hours in a physically demanding job throughout the whole pregnancy so far and feel like these supplements have helped me keep going and supported my body through this tough time. Highly recommend this product and will continue to buy this brand for future supplements.
Easy to swallow and no bad smell. Everything seems good till now.
Since starting the prenatal, I’ve been feeling generally well. My body feels like it is adjusting to the pregnancy, and I’ve noticed some normal early-pregnancy changes such as tender breasts, mild cramping, bloating, and a heavy feeling in my stomach at times. I haven’t noticed any major negative effects from the prenatal so far. Overall, I feel comfortable taking it and feel reassured that I’m supporting my nutritional needs during early pregnancy.
I’ve had the easiest pregnancy. Currently 22 weeks and feeling great, looking great and loving life !!!!
While the ingredients of this prenatal are fantastic and I like that it doesn’t have iron so you can personalise it to your needs, the smell of this prenatal is just AWFUL. Even opening the lid of the container makes me gag and I don’t have morning sickness at the moment. I have to hold my breath and drink it with coconut water cause otherwise I’ll throw up. If something could be done about the smell, this would be a game changer.
Yes they are fishy but to me this just means you know it’s the real deal and not synthetic! Have noticed big difference in my skin since using it,

More energetic
The smell, just opening the bottle made me vomit. I couldn't do the capsule so I tried putting it in a smoothie which was an awful idea, the flavour was horrendous and of what I did get down, the taste kept coming back up for the rest of the day. The ingredients might be great but if you can't get it down it defeats the point unfortunately.
I have definitely noticed less constipation than a previously used prenatal. I have been fortunate not to have vomiting associated with my nausea but i often have burping episodes 5-10 minutes after taking the tablet which increases my nausea. The mint after taste at the start was quite refreshing however as my nausea got worse this has become a deterrent. I still prefer this over previously taken and will continue to take.

This prenatal makes me feel seriously nauseous and ill. I stopped taking it and felt amazing. I am so disappointed as they were exspensive.
Best pre natal I have taken. The mint aftertaste is so good. Not a strong odour like other prenatals. I like that they are capsules. They also never make me feel unwell.

The taste of these capsules taste so bad that I have had a hard time keeping them down. They activate my morning sickness like crazy. Even just the smell of them when I open the bottle is so bad. If anyone has really bad morning sickness or sensitivity to smells, this is not the prenatal for you.
I've been taking ironbiotic for a couple of years now. It's my favourite iron supplement because it doesn't effect my bowels negatively like most others seem to. It's great at keeping my iron levels up. So I only need to take it a couple of times a week as maintenance now. I also love the educational side of naternal vitamins. I've learnt so much from the pamphlets, emails and socials about boosting my iron. It's a winner for me.
I love that these are a natural alternative that is naturopath endorsed, but the smell and taste is horrible. It doesn't seem to be a complaint of many others so suspect my sensitivity could just be a symptom of pregnancy, but this is my 2nd pregnancy and I had to stop taking these and switch to Blackmores with my 1st. I am determined to continue taking these this time round even if the taste repeats on me.
My GP and Nutritionalist had recommend lactoferrin because although my iron was okay, my absorption was quite low. Being vegan this wasn't an option and so I did some research on what would be an effective alternative that I could also find here in Australia. I found IronBiotic and chanced it. I noticed the effects what felt like immediately. Being plant based and vegan was the deal maker for and it most certainly does what it claims to. I genuinely feel so much better, inside and out. Highly recommend!
