Ingredients

Many men’s preconception supplements skip or under-dose key nutrients (like folate, carnitine, or antioxidants). EverNatal For Him contains everything research says matters—at therapeutic doses.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
Acetyl levocarnitine hydrochloride 500 mg, Zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 12.5 mg,
Selenium (as selenomethionine) 50 mcg, Tagetes erecta flower ext. dry
conc. 60 mg from dry flower 600 mg equiv. lutein 6 mg and zeaxanthin 1.2 mg, Betacarotene 1.5 mg, Levomefolate glucosamine (Quatrefolic®) 360 mcg equiv. levomefolic acid, 200 mcg, Mecobalamin (vit. B12) 12.5 mcg, Ascorbic acid (vit. C) 100 mg, d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate (Vit. E) 25 mg.

How to use

Begin 3 months before trying to conceive (to match sperm development cycle)

Continue throughout the conception journey

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily or as recommended by your
healthcare practitioner.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150
micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be
exceeded.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Do not use if the seal on cap/lid has been broken.
