Unfortunately, to no fault of their own, the EverNatal does not agree with my stomach. I have been able to take one at night only, before bed. Otherwise, if I take twice daily I feel very nauseous. I have previously experienced this with other brands too.

These are perfect, I was taking it before and now during pregnancy too.
I know it has great nutrients but I'm having a hard time with the synthetics - I can taste them all day.
My body is feeling as well as it can at 22 weeks pregnant! EverNatal has helped me keep all my essential vitamins topped up, especially during those rough early weeks when I was feeling quite unwell. I love knowing I’m supporting my body and baby with thoughtfully chosen ingredients, and I’m so glad to be using it again for my second pregnancy.
Much happier with this product over the pharmacy standards. I like that the dose is split. I feel like it's much gentler on my stomach that way.
These are the absolute best thing you can take for yourself, I've been taking these before I was pregnant And am still taking them 2 months after I've had my baby and I cannot recommend these vitamins enough, they have helped with my hair massively and my over all well-being and how I feel on a day to day basis.
Feeling much more energetic and a lot less tired in myself. Highly recommend.
I undoubtedly feel better when I take them but now that my nausea has kicked in I can’t swallow them or keep them down. They’re quite big in size and the spearmint coating does not agree with my smell or taste.
I don't have any discomfort or gastrointestinal issues. It's good to know that the ingredients are not competing with each other for the absorption. And my energy is back
Been feeling good
Have been feeling good, energy levels are great. My one complaint about the tablets is that the smell is very potent, it does make me gag some days when trying to swallow. It doesn’t upset my stomach at all though.
Not mad on the taste but the ingredients are incredible. The dosage doesn’t skimp on anything ! Really good so far.
I am vegetarian and was really excited to find an omega 3 supplement to take that doesn’t contain fish. I’m trying to work on my nutrition postpartum but also looking at maybe having another child in the future. These omega 3 supplements great but the taste is quite horrible, I can barely stomach them. Really sorry to write anything negative but all is amazing apart from that side of things. I also take the magnesium, iron biotic and evernatal.
I notice such a difference in my energy and general mood when I’m consistent with these! Love this product.

Horrible fishy taste couldn’t even take the full dose (2 caps) had one and could taste fish all day.
Overall good, but cannot really say if supplements have helped me in any ways.
I’ve found this prenatal really difficult to take. Especially during those hard hitting nausea days. Trying to stay consistent but I’m not sure I’ll purchase again just yet.
I couldn’t take it after getting pregnant, the smell make me throw up and after taking it, it would directly go to the toilet pot . I would vomit it all out
The smell please
I absolutely love Evernatal and the iron biotic. Unfortunately, the fishy taste in this is sooo hard to stomach not even while pregnant but in general. I was using one before that had a coating to help that but I was advised against and opted for this. Loveee this brand but I’m sorry this product needs significant improvement.
I really like the product and the composition of the vitamins, however I really struggle with the smell and after taste. Unfortunately I have to really push myself to have the 2 vitamins per day, but most days I end up having 1 as I’m deterred by the smell and aftertaste.
Good product, though should also have an alternative with ginger flavour. Mint is great, ginger even better during pregnancy!
A much better effort needs to be made to enclose this supplement in something that masks the taste. It is absolutely awful. I can’t imagine how anyone with pregnancy-related nausea or sensitivities to strong tastes/odours manages to get these down. I got one down, and could taste it for far too long afterwards - I tried for a second, as per the dose, but couldn’t stem the dry-retching enough to get it down. Super disappointing that this element wasn’t better highlighted considering the cost of the product.
I am inconsistant with taking these unfortunately but when i am good they certainly make the days a little bit easier and the peace of mind knowing i am putting a good clean product into my body helps as well !! I really dislike the coating and wish there was a flavourless option as this flavour is mostly what puts my off taking them :(
Would never go without this product for my pregnancies, post partum and general womens health ongoing. It’s a first class product, I’m so grateful to be able to give my babies and my body such quality ingredients that I know my body can absorb and pass on. My only go to and the only one I’ll recommend to friends and family.
This is my third purchase of the multivitamin. In this purchase, I added MitoMag and Creatine, and I feel they have helped me a lot with sleep and energy.
Feeling great
In all honesty the tablets are difficult and unpleasant to swallow, they have a really strong smell and taste which isn’t ideal when you’re already feeling nauseous.
As much as I love all the health benefits of this prenatal I couldn’t tolerate it. It made me vomit each time after taking it. The odour is really strong I had to stop taking it because I couldn’t keep them down.
I have been feeling tired and very sluggish so hoping once these have been in my routine for awhile i will feel the effects, which i did last time i used this supplement

I was contacting feeling lethargic and tired. Especially in the afternoons a But since adding Sol drops to my routine I’ve noticed such a difference! They’re so easy and convenient to take and so much better than adding another pill to the pile!
I love this product. No fishy smell or taste in mouth which you can get from omega 3vitamins. Take in conjunction with my prenatal both pre and post pregnancy (as i am breastfeeding) . Would recommend if you don’t get required dha from diet.
These vitamins have a strong fishy smell and taste. I get a fishy aftertaste. Currently, I am nauseous during my first trimester and I honestly can't stomach these vitamins. Would be so hard to make them odorless?
I have enjoyed taking the evernatals they don't leave a funny taste in my mouth and seem to digest easy.

It’s a good brand but the smell of the capsules is very potent, makes it hard to swallow to begin with trying to get past the smell.
