I am feeling good!
I’ve only been taking these tablets for 1 months but I have noticed a slight change in my energy levels
May have helped sustain energy levels but the smell can be off-putting at times. 2 capsules are easier to manage than other brands needing 3 but not able to always split into taking twice a day so not sure if that affects absorption. All in all can't fault it.
I started taking Evernatal about 6 weeks ago, in preparation for pregnancy. So far so good! It’s an easy enough way to support your nutrient stores and I don’t find the taste too overwhelming. I have been taking them straight after eating a meal with plenty of water to help with the indigestion I get sometimes after taking supplements. The team were amazing too, replacing my package when my first one went missing which I really appreciated 🩷
My sleep had been insanely better with a well rounded supplement and vitamin intake!
I absolutely love it, prefer it over many other prenatals especially as someone who gets iron infusions.

I have been feeling great taking these tablets! The biggest win for me is that everything is covered for my growing baby and I feel positive for their wellbeing and development knowing these supplements have everything I need in them.
I love how complete this prenatal is and that it doesn't contain any additional iron like other prenatals. I don't find it upsets my stomach at all and I feel great knowing my baby is getting all the correct nutrition it needs!
Unfortunately, to no fault of their own, the EverNatal does not agree with my stomach. I have been able to take one at night only, before bed. Otherwise, if I take twice daily I feel very nauseous. I have previously experienced this with other brands too.
These are perfect, I was taking it before and now during pregnancy too.
I know it has great nutrients but I'm having a hard time with the synthetics - I can taste them all day.
My body is feeling as well as it can at 22 weeks pregnant! EverNatal has helped me keep all my essential vitamins topped up, especially during those rough early weeks when I was feeling quite unwell. I love knowing I’m supporting my body and baby with thoughtfully chosen ingredients, and I’m so glad to be using it again for my second pregnancy.
Much happier with this product over the pharmacy standards. I like that the dose is split. I feel like it's much gentler on my stomach that way.
These are the absolute best thing you can take for yourself, I've been taking these before I was pregnant And am still taking them 2 months after I've had my baby and I cannot recommend these vitamins enough, they have helped with my hair massively and my over all well-being and how I feel on a day to day basis.
I undoubtedly feel better when I take them but now that my nausea has kicked in I can’t swallow them or keep them down. They’re quite big in size and the spearmint coating does not agree with my smell or taste.
I don't have any discomfort or gastrointestinal issues. It's good to know that the ingredients are not competing with each other for the absorption. And my energy is back

Have been feeling good, energy levels are great. My one complaint about the tablets is that the smell is very potent, it does make me gag some days when trying to swallow. It doesn’t upset my stomach at all though.
Not mad on the taste but the ingredients are incredible. The dosage doesn’t skimp on anything ! Really good so far.
I love all the ingredients but I honestly can’t stand the taste and smell of these tablets! I’ve been on them for over a year now (6 months TTC, now 6 months pregnant) and taking them is the lowest point of my day. Really wish they would make them without the peppermint smell/taste. Having to find an alternate option as I just can’t go on with throwing up/gagging while taking them.
I notice such a difference in my energy and general mood when I’m consistent with these! Love this product.

Overall good, but cannot really say if supplements have helped me in any ways.
I’ve found this prenatal really difficult to take. Especially during those hard hitting nausea days. Trying to stay consistent but I’m not sure I’ll purchase again just yet.
I couldn’t take it after getting pregnant, the smell make me throw up and after taking it, it would directly go to the toilet pot . I would vomit it all out
I really like the product and the composition of the vitamins, however I really struggle with the smell and after taste. Unfortunately I have to really push myself to have the 2 vitamins per day, but most days I end up having 1 as I’m deterred by the smell and aftertaste.
Good product, though should also have an alternative with ginger flavour. Mint is great, ginger even better during pregnancy!
I think I've been low on a few things like iron and folate. After taking these I've noticed less brain fog and less general anxiety. I’ve also noticed a boost in my energy and overall vitality
I am inconsistant with taking these unfortunately but when i am good they certainly make the days a little bit easier and the peace of mind knowing i am putting a good clean product into my body helps as well !! I really dislike the coating and wish there was a flavourless option as this flavour is mostly what puts my off taking them :(
Would never go without this product for my pregnancies, post partum and general womens health ongoing. It’s a first class product, I’m so grateful to be able to give my babies and my body such quality ingredients that I know my body can absorb and pass on. My only go to and the only one I’ll recommend to friends and family.
This is my third purchase of the multivitamin. In this purchase, I added MitoMag and Creatine, and I feel they have helped me a lot with sleep and energy.
Feeling great
In all honesty the tablets are difficult and unpleasant to swallow, they have a really strong smell and taste which isn’t ideal when you’re already feeling nauseous.
As much as I love all the health benefits of this prenatal I couldn’t tolerate it. It made me vomit each time after taking it. The odour is really strong I had to stop taking it because I couldn’t keep them down.
I have been feeling tired and very sluggish so hoping once these have been in my routine for awhile i will feel the effects, which i did last time i used this supplement
