What makes our Creatine different?
Powered by Crehytine® for stability and absorption
Naternal Creatine contains Crehytine®, a specialised form of creatine monohydrate designed to maintain stability in the stomach and help protect the active creatine molecule. This supports bioavailability — meaning more of the active creatine remains available for the body to use.
100% pure creatine monohydrate
Naternal Creatine contains 100% pure creatine monohydrate — the most widely researched and clinically studied form of creatine. This product is practitioner developed and grounded in a clinical understanding of how creatine supports the body’s energy systems.
Therapeutic 5g dose
Each serve provides a 5g dose of creatine monohydrate, aligned with the levels commonly used in clinical research. Many creatine products on the market are available as general health foods and contain lower doses of creatine that do not provide the same level of efficacy.
Gentle on the gut
Crehytine® is often better tolerated than standard creatine powders. Naternal Creatine is designed to help reduce the likelihood of digestive discomfort such as bloating or stomach upset, making it a great choice for women with sensitive digestive systems.
Tasteless, soluble and easy to mix
Crehytine® dissolves easily in liquid, making it simple to mix into water, smoothies or shakes as part of a daily routine — without the gritty texture often associated with creatine powders.
TGA-listed for quality and safety
Unlike other creatine products on the market, Naternal Creatine is a TGA-listed complementary medicine. This means it meets strict Australian regulatory standards for quality, safety and manufacturing.
Designed with women in mind
Naternal Creatine is developed to support women through different life stages — from preconception to postpartum and perimenopause — as well as the physical and mental demands of everyday life.
Pure and simple formulation
Naternal Creatine contains only one ingredient — pure creatine monohydrate — with no fillers, flavourings or unnecessary additives.

The science
How creatine works in your body
What you see on the surface is the final result of cellular energy happening underneath.
This is why it's called cellular energy — not a stimulant
Creatine recycles your cells' energy currency
Every cell runs on ATP. When ATP is used, it becomes ADP (spent fuel). Creatine donates a phosphate group to recycle ADP back into ATP — giving your cells a second charge without waiting for the slow metabolic process.
Studies show improved cognition during sleep deprivation
Your brain gets more energy per thought
Your brain uses 20% of your body's total energy. Neurons fire constantly and need rapid ATP turnover at every synapse. Creatine keeps the energy supply consistent — reducing mental fatigue, improving working memory, and supporting mental function.
Picking up your toddler is a muscle contraction too
Your muscles get more energy per contraction
When muscle fibers contract, they burn through ATP fast. Creatine phosphate sits between the fibers ready to instantly regenerate ATP — giving you more energy per rep, faster recovery, and better adaptation over time.
From the founder
"Creatine is one of the most studied, most safe, and most underutilised supplements for women. The research on women's brain health, cognition and muscle preservation is extraordinary. But every creatine on the shelf was designed for men, in plastic tubs, that tastes like sand. I wanted to build the creatine I'd give to my own patients."

Not all creatine is the same. Ours dissolves.
CreHytine™ is a hydrogel-buffered, micronised creatine monohydrate engineered for superior bioavailability. The difference you'll notice? It dissolves instantly. No gritty residue at the bottom of your glass. That matters when you're adding it to your morning coffee every single day. One scoop. Done.
Dissolves instantly — no gritty residue
Standard creatine (including Creapure) leaves sediment at the bottom of your glass. CreHytine's hydrogel-buffered format dissolves completely. One scoop into your morning coffee. Done.
Micronised for superior absorption
Smaller particle size = larger surface area = faster absorption. Your body starts using it immediately, not waiting for chunks to break down in your gut.
Pharmaceutical-grade purity - TGA listed
Third-party tested. Certificate of Analysis available. One ingredient. No fillers, no flavour, no sweetener, no bulking agent.
Made for daily use, not gym days
Every day. Coffee, water, smoothie. You won't taste it, you won't see it, you won't dread it. That's the point — consistency is everything with creatine.

Overall rating: 4.3 / 5 from 23 reviews.
My recovery time following training is considerably shorter and significantly less muscle soreness. The brain fog is also feeling like it is lifting and this is making me feel more in control. With all of this my self esteem/confidence is returning for the first time in such a long time.

Best form of creatine I’ve come across. Exactly what is says on the tin, mixing in is like some kind of magic. I expected a little bit of sediment but there was nothing. When it mixes in this well, there is no other choice. This is now my go to product hands down!

My partner and I have been trying this creatine and we loved it! Compared to other brands, it dissolves into water perfectly and none to minimal gastrointestinal symptoms. Highly recommended!

I only consume 3 grams per day, as innitially it made me bloated. I use this creatine to help my perimenopause - that specifically target for preserving muscle and boost my cognitive function. The only dowside from this product is because I can't find any measuring spoon inside the container. I measure the weigh and use my own measuring spoon instead. But would be handy if it comes with a measuring spoon. Or else, would also be great if you have it in a Veggie capsule forms, so I don't need to break my Creatine consumption during travelling.

Small trial packages for those of us with sensitive stomachs. Sharp pains, nausea and diahrea within the first week unfortunately.

Throughout pregnancy and now postpartum (22m)! I’ve been so so tired, I usually have to nap when my baby naps during the day as I’m so tired! Since starting creatine I noticed my energy levels were increased straight away, has for the most part stopped my need for a midday nap every single day. The reduced brain fog and just overall feeling so much better has been life changing. I’ve forgotten to take it for a couple of days and the difference is night and day!!!!

I’m actually shook haha, cannot get over the instant change in my brain capacity and no afternoon fog with this!!!

I think it's too early to do a proper review, in regards to the benefits: energy or muscle repair wise (hence I can not give 5 stars yet). However the ceratine is free of taste, which is great because it is easy to have 1tsp everyday. Mixes well into water and easy to drink!

Really wanted to love this as my body definitely needs it BUT my breastfed baby definitely did not. It ruined his night sleep and gave us split nights with hourly wakes. As soon as I stopped taking it Bub went back to his usual two wakes a night 😩 I also noticed his urine output significantly reduced. Can’t wait to get back on it when I stop breastfeeding though. It had no taste and melted into my juice seamlessly unlike other powders I take. Unfortunately I didn’t take it long enough to see any changes body wise.

Being 6 weeks post partum, I'm in the thick of brain fog/slog. I started taking creatine two weeks ago. It has hepled immensely with clearing the brain fog and general lethargy that comes with this season of life. My husband also takes it and has found it great for his mental clarity and overall energy. I have a tsp with cocoa coconut water and it goes down undetected.
Jeral 4/5
genuinely think creatine is such a game changer post partum.. I feel 10000x better than I did post first baby. I’m being so anal about taking it - don’t feel like a total scatter brain !
Jess 5/5
I cannot believe the difference since taking the creatine.. my body feels so different and I’ve really notice how well I’m recovering from exercise. Game changer!
Jade H. 5/5
I took creatine for 7 days and this is what I noticed. Brain fog was reduced Recovery was faster (not as sore days post sessions) Reduction in fatigue due to loss of sleep Would 10/10 recommend this product!
Olivia G. 5/5
I truly notice a massive difference on the days I take my Creatine. I don't feel so sleep deprived, and I'm able to get through with high energy levels. I can't imagine having a baby waking me overnight without taking creatine to support me. It's 100% tasteless too.
